horse has already bolted so who fcuking cares in other words.

"prices will skyrocket"

With all respect Steve report back when you stop that happening. Mate who just sold on the hill behind Byron for well over 5 went to an auction at Evans on the weekend to buy a place with/for his daughter. Price guide went from 1.6 to 1.7 before the auction. Some woman from Woollahra stood next to the auctioneer and slapped down every bid. Sale price 3.060
Feeling a bit shitty that you sold your farm for well under $2m, Merks?

So now that the hot chick that the WSL bought drinks for all night just walked out the door, is the WSL going back to the old faithful for Easter?

Torquay is a slut. She’ll happily take it up the backdoor.

I would bet not. I would reckon they're working on a replacement spot in NSW right now.

See the circumstances of half the pros' arrival haven't changed, they have a flight part chartered that arrives in Sydney. Just 120 spots so not many entourages coming. But they won't want to risk the border thing straight up. If a NSW event runs first, at least something happens.

Bells hasn't been cancelled, they might want to move it. I know they still want four events in Oz.

I’m sure a compromise solution could have been found at Lennox.

You can have your comp, as long as you run it in front of the pub.

Surfed a nice big outer bank beachie on the 7’4 pipe dream.

Mostly just 2-3 people, pod of dolphins hanging round all morning, crystal blue water and clean waves.

Only way they get 4 is if Bells dates get changed.

so there must be some prospective dates already floated to the Vic stakeholders.

Unfortunately not, got a gastro bug, so I can't even leave the house to take happy snaps ... and to think that I took the fucking day off in anticipation.

Kirra are running their club round tomoz, so hopefully recovered enough to at least head down and take some photos.

Timing is everything !

A mate was down there earlier, Kirra and the percentage of shutdowns was high ... lots of broken boards too.

The last decent surf we had highlighted just how under equipped most punters are ... I think its fair to assume that 2/3 of surfers don't understand the concept of a step-up.

It's about 0.5 of a foot at Bondi. Lovely conditions though.
