I reckon if anyone has the talent to rip a McCoy in gower slop it’s you iggy
4 second swell and that was a set wave. Probably the smallest day of that year.
But here’s the kicker. It wasn’t breaking 300 metres out to sea in a blustering gale, in 11 degree celcius water temp, nor was it crowded

Yeh, same. It would turn on for 30, off for 30 the whole surf. Makeable double up wedges one after the other then all close outs for halfa and back again.

South werri left rip bowls just shy of three foot. Punchy and holding up nice with lip begging to belted.

The cold cali creams in the car topped it off.
Here’s a little Christmas hand jive from today’s sesh with Steve.
Trying to compete with iggy.
Pretty much the Gower peninsula in boardies.

You think? Left hand needs to be pointing at the whitewater. Stretching the definition of head high too. Against the spirit if not the rules.
Merry Xmas, btw

Well, i don’t really think about what I do too much in the surf, but I’ll argue that the left hand in the first shot is towards the whitewash and in the second is transitioning out in prep for the bottom turn.
Merry Xmas GS
