So back zips have improved in the last 5 years or so, then?
Nah they're the still the gumby's choice of wettie. they leak water, they tight in places, loose in others.

it's like someone offers you a porsche (chest or zipperless) to drive, but you much rather stay on your scooter (back zips).

I really don't think you should be giving advice about cars, Crabmeat.

My last steamer purchase was an O'Neill back zip.
It has pinstripes, which weren't apparent when I bought it online from the UK.
Fortunately I didn't need to wear it once I moved back to Qld.

My Matuse chest zip springsuit is super flexible, makes me feel like sexy Flanders.

I have a Matuse, in it's 2nd season it is officially the coldest wetsuit I have ever owned, flexible though.

Yeah I haven't used it anywhere cold yet.
Manufacturers are allowed variation of up to half a mm, I'm convinced that the flexible buttery suits are just thinner neoprene.

bombie killing at Newport this morning as the swell has a rush of blood to its head (again)

needed all the super board on a couple - steep, tall, windy. some crew followed me out, it slammed for about 90 mins, then I got a really good one and thought ok, that'll do, went in, and the swell lost three feet off itself in 20 minutes. my god the banks are gonna be weird after this.

Awesome at my local again this morning. (Nothing like Nicks local though 😱).
Before dawn, Orion, Venus and a crescent moon in the eastern sky, Mars overhead and Jupiter and Saturn low in the West.

An amazing golden glow bleeding over the eastern horizon bumpy with the southerly swell.

And great waves.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

Sounds like that swell has been doing a lot more down in Sydney than up here.

Apart from yesterday’s pulse that eased off into the arvo there hasn’t been any really noticeable pulses of energy since.

Any thoughts of joining the crew at Deadies or prefer the bigger bombie stuff?

Seriously impressed with the chargers at Deadman's. Fugg that shit!
I was on the Manly ferry Monday morning for a cruisey ride when heading to Brookvale with my boy. Calm before the storm.

I do prefer the bigger bombie stuff, but after yesterday I saw what the Deadmans thing is like and it fired me up, I gotta get the right board for it though.
