Still needs to beat 54 days straight, 20 plus years ago ........

remember that well.

there are a lot of crew weeing over this swell. Altho there has been consistency in swell its far from classic and the photos i've seen from around the joint and speaking to crew along the coast, it doesn't tell me that i'm missing anything we're not getting down here.....besides noosa.......

Altho I am enjoying it very much, but frustrating at times....

That was when Burleigh didn't get under 6 foot for 28 days straight if my memory serves me correctly.

Back after my afternoon nap and I still stand by the call. Its even refered to in ancient copies of tracks .......so it must be true.

You young wippersnappers need a lesson in surf folklore.

God I don't know how anyone can live anywhere else in Australia other than the stretch between Nth Bondi to the Bra. It's so boring everywhere else , (even Newport/Avalon) sure go for a holiday but to live there........zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Vicco West coast???? Might as well be on the moon.

Just joshin Ringer .... yeah you get the better waves MOST of the time.....

Geez Buffy I thought it made a change from the usual debate about living on which side of the road made you a local on the northern beaches.

The swell I'm thinking of was in the late seventies from memory when La
Nina weather patterns just seemed to be normal. You probably wont believe a rock the size of a car was chucked up onto the hiway at Kirra Point by cyclone swells either.

Yeah well I guess you think the world is still flat too ................

And that I wasn't glad to see a flat spell to allow the body to recover and repair my board which had more masking tape than glass holding it together by the time the swell dropped off.

YOU MISSED IT.............

p.s Girls are more looser now than then .............. :P
