Surfing Group!?!
Hi so I'm new on here and been surfing about a year now still not that great just wondering if anyone ever gets a group of people together to go for a surf and try to pool knowledge or anything like that?
What you have done here Sunflower, is atttract the hardcore wit of this forum, and on your 1st post.
This is a remarkable achievement and should stand you in good stead if you decide to continue to engage these roughnecks.
They may well have cultivated have a veneer of intellectual sophistry here, especially that old monkey from the banana farms, but they are nearly all human.
As a reward I will now disclose just for your eyes only (and in the strictist confidence) a soup menu for winter
One can of tomato soup
One tablespoon of chili jam
cordially
I remain
Laz

Hmm, surfing groups to recipes in just five posts
Sflower, I guess you know by now how things can work here! In answer to your question boardriding clubs are the obvious answer - but if you're still pretty new and finding your feet they might not be the go.
The relasurf forums (fora?) themselves are a surfing group. Apart from culinary tips there's heaps of useful info and discussion to be found, just use the search tool and away you go.

hehe i think you've just hit a raw nerve here sunflower. what do you think RS forums are about if it ain't a bunch of surf-obsessed internet lurkers forming groups and pooling knowledge. apparently they even meet up for BBQs now and then.
they just don't know how to admit their deep love for each other.

It's mostly dominated by surfers from states that love the "bum sniffers" form of football toodaisy wrote:hehe i think you've just hit a raw nerve here sunflower. what do you think RS forums are about if it ain't a bunch of surf-obsessed internet lurkers forming groups and pooling knowledge. apparently they even meet up for BBQs now and then.
