Trails on now, Mens final starts soon. Jordy Smith has been on fire the smorning and is in the final. I would like to see him get the wildcard to see how he goes against the big boys, even tho im not a huge fan of his air grab style....but he certainly punts alot.

I think Andy will win the title, hes just to good and always seems to step up when he makes a final. I dont think Slater will go for it this year, should be another interesting year tho. Of Fanning and parko Id rate fanning as more of a threat, Parkos good but hes more of a "pure style master"

EDIT well done Dale! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7j6hjRkWZ-8

Yeah I think Andy will win the title. Best surfer in the world at the moment in my books. I have a feeling CJ Hob good will have a big year. I dont think Slater will win it, but I thought that the last two years, he is still amazing but he didnt surf that good last year. He is getting old and his style is starting to falter
Mick has the determination but his repotoire is getting a bit boring in my books. He has an awesome frontside whip off the top but he doesnt have the flare and unpredictablitiy of Parko and Andy.
I think if Parko goes hell for leather and puts everything in and throws himself over the ledge at Chopes/Pipe he could go all the way. I think he is way too lazy though. So talented however

Mick just seems to have that little bit more of competitiveness in him... Maybe its that extra drive from the injury he sustained pushing him that little bit more...

bugger took a bit to find the site (given the net's farked at me work atm);

http://www.quiksilver.com/quikproaus/index.aspx

anyways looks like it might be on tomorrow given their prediction:

"With a promising forecast on the horizon, the action could hit as early as tomorrow morning."

so if it's on that'd mean Dale v AnIdiot will be on some time in the morning :D
can't wait :arrow: hope the nets magically fixed itself by then :roll:

Actually Munch, it doesn't start for another 45mins - Qld is 1 hour behind NSW. Plenty of time to grab some popcorn :D

Though I'm thinking your a pedantic phallus, you are correct once again :x

And on further checking the 29th of Feb does exist, just not this year but next, so by that assumption Qld is 1 hour behind + 365+1 days ahead :lol:

Best of luck to all the aussie boyz
