Cranky’s wife is sending him money, fail to see how doing this via Western union is any different from doing the same via, say westpac, doing an old school telegraphic transfer and using the pay on application and identity method.
Telegraphic transfers are electronic payments of cleared funds that are credited directly to a nominated bank account.

I don't have a bank account in Indonesia, and it is not legal for any Indonesion bank to create one for someone who only has a tourist visa.

I tried to open one, they pointed out the above.

Otherwise it was the best solution.
Cranky, I agree with you, your method with Western Union is just fine. With a TT though, you can do the same thing (not necessarily to a bank account) but the same method as Western Union.

Bondi was okay today. No wind. Banks still okay. Just handling the swell on the high tide. Not very crowded.

2 sessions again today.
5.20 am go out. (5 already in the water 😡).
Came in about 7 for some sun screen.
Back out in 15 minutes for another hour.
Surprising fun waves which were still pouring through at midday.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

Mate, I'm getting old.
I just really want to make to most of whatever time I have left.
As long as I'm physically able, I'll keep doing it.

Went off at a learner yesterday. Felt a bit bad about it afterwards. You could take off and go left then nurse it around into a right. I’d caught a few. Then I got a faster one and I was deciding whether to bank right around these two or gun it past them. As I approached they both veered left but then this guy on a big foamy panics and swings right while the kid on a smaller foamy keeps going left.
That means I’ve got nowhere to go. They’ve collectively blocked about 14’. Had to just jump off as I bumped him. He apologised but I was pretty abrupt.

Yeah. I yelled at a female the other day
I was up and riding and she kept paddling until the lip threw her down on top of my board.
When I surfaced I think she was saying sorry while I was yelling, WHY would you DO that?
She still managed to sit in the drop zone for the next hour or so.

Manly just went mental. 3 foot or so all day but shitty northerly winds. Went straight west about 2.30, paddled out at 3 and it's been sooo good. Peaks and barrels everywhere. Still a few good ones but wind has pushed it down now

Just had a look on the cams Channels. Still looks like there’s some lines but the tide has filled in and swallowed it. Would’ve been heaps of fun at 3.00 when you were out there. Banks look ok too: unlike up here.
