Outer Islands 7'0 gun $170 only

Only selling as I'd get more use out of a 6'9.

Suited to the 70-90kg range. 7'0 x 19 x 2.5. Some dings as shown, but all repaired, fully watertight, waxed and ready to go.

I'm starting to get annoying phone calls from backpackers with names like Ingrid and Gretel and Johann - and as much as I could offload to a backpacker, I'd feel bad if the board ended up in the hands of some learner floundering about at Bondi.

Doubt it. It'd be a good board for cranked actually. Perhaps a little undersized (foam wise)

almost interested but I've got that size range pretty well covered and the nose is just a little too needly for me.

Great back up board for Indo though. Someone must want it.

I was just thinking the same thing, 2.75" or even 3" would be good.

I'm surrounded by guys who surf the bombie and outside corner when its big. One neighbour was telling me how on a big day all the big wave surfers were out. He was paddling out to join the party but just got destoyed by a set, he paddled and paddled, got destroyed again: bruises, cuts, gashes, permanent damage to his shoulder. After the third try he was washed in under the cliffs around from the cave. He said he spent an hour there, hiding in misery, deeply ashamed of his failure to get out and share the camaraderie of a big day.

If it doesn't sell, no biggie. It just feels like the rail length of a 7'0 is overkill for most reefs/points down this way. It's simply an indo board. It'd also be a great board for the points up north, cyclone swells, big Kirra drainpipes etc.

I got an immaculate 7ft board similar to that second hand from force 9 for $200. Amazing condition for the price... Bought it to take to Indo a few years back.
