No not really, every wave I took off on just disappeared into a deep gutter, although from the short time I spent standing on it, I feel it's going to be a board for steeper, better waves.
That's good though because I don't care how any board goes in small mush, and wouldn't buy a board to suit that stuff.I only go out in it from time to time for paddle fitness and to recharge the cells.
Some swell coming in a few days by the looks.

O.K. This board is back on the market again!!!!!

I've had 3 surfs on it, waves weren't bad on the last 2. It went particularly well on a sucky fast 3 foot shore break this morning.
It feels good to surf, once I'm up, but it's just not big enough for me. Sitting on it in water up to my tits, so it's just a bit too much hard work for this old fella. I'm 92Kg btw, but 56 y/o.
I'm going to look for something around 6'8" same thickness, with more area up front.
Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
Price still $150, or $170 with the handful of extra fins.

Nah don't feel bummed it's all good mate, nothing wrong with a bit of trial and error.
You can't go wrong for the price. If I'd had a $900 custom made and it wasn't right for me, that would be different.
I'll probably go through a couple more before I'm happy.

I don't know legion, water surface about 2" below nipples with board horizontal I guess dimensions can only tell you so much.

And in other news, the board has changed hands again.
A local guy about my age, but about 6Kg lighter, and his son. Nice guys, they are both going to use it hopefully not at the same time.
Sorry Hatchy, I think you had a small sentimental attachment and wanted to see it in good hands. It still is.
Fins, wax and key went with it to keep the good spirit.
