Are carbon fibre glassed surfboards worth it?

I have had some. The Aviso product is cool but breaks like anything else. Dual monocoque construction. Has an interesting trampoline effect, when loaded on turn and off bottom. Too light in some conditions. To expensive, @ $1400 usd. Some dont like them, similiar comments like Surftech comments. The are very corky almost to much.

I have one left I use in shit/small surf. I love the thing in those conditions.
I probably wouldnt buy one. I work in the industry and go mine accordingly.

i wouldnt you would get nearly 3 custom shapes for that
support your local shaper
in a surfboard C /F is overated
