Re: that wetsuit discussion...

Oh Christ no, I'm an absolute ponce. Have you forgotten the heated vest? Did it work? There could be chilly currents from the lombok straights this time of year. Yes it did. Until I f u cked it by crossthreading the battery connector with my frozen sausage fingers one icy morning. The Thermalution ...

Re: winter

I'm tactfully skirting the male pattern baldness/hood thing. Perhaps there's a market for lycra sun hoods? Maybe with a realistic, full-head-of-hair design?

Re: Fiji Pro Cloudbreak 2017

Honestly though, it's got to the point where I'm so bored of pro surfing that my only involvement with the comps is articles like that one and the ones that steve does for Beachgrit. Have barely watched a heat all year. It says something about the meagre fare on offer that so...

Re: winter

The internet tells me that the water temp is 15 degrees in Flinders at the moment. What sort of spastic wears gloves in 15 degree water? It's like wearing a hood when you don't have to. Simply moronic

Re: Where did you surf today ?

one thing that the soulier than thou brigade should always bear in mind is that the act of surfing or paddle boarding or whatever is perilously close to the goat boater or sea kayaker experience. imagine them wanking on about super hypnotic zoning! you'd punch them in the throat, and rightly so anyw...
