A doozy of a high tide.
Early up here the predicted easterly was actually offshore so got a few at my local.

I've torn a tendon in each arm. Both times from the forearm end. Ultrasound shows them curled up somewhere near the shoulder. Apparently there's two tendons in each arm. So I was told by the radiographer. And the opinion was like yours. More trouble than it's worth to fix surgically. Long recovery. ...

Supposed to be NE wind but it was light NW and heavy rain so nice and glassy.
