Nice shots chris... looks like the after work/school crowd were all over it, but doesn't look too packed I had an RDO yesterday- went mid morning, and though it looks a bit bigger today, I got my share - no complaints when you are sharing a peak with only a few others...

When we start calling manouvers things like Passion Pop, I despair for the direction some folks are taking surfing....

do the thing by all means but don't call it something so ridiculous!

There will never be a clear definition of what is a "local".... Fong's point about paying rates excludes those who rent and younger folk who are under mummy & daddys roof, while NC's description denies those who by accident of birth did not have the luck to live near a beach in their formative years...

I was a long sleeve rashie wearer in summer, and found that they can probably make you a bit colder through evaporation, especially when the NE'er is blowing. I bought myself one of those 0.5mm neoprene long sleeve "rashies" and love it - keeps you protected from the sun and just that little bit mor...
