Re: Where to live

Don't think you'd need $15 huge to buy Quiksilver Palace at Newport, BB ... even at the height of the property boom I rated this joint at at least $10m over the odds. I'm tipping if it does get sold, it'll be a Sydney record for depreciation

Re: Where to live

Think you must be mistaken Nick ... no mention of the boneyard in their website (unless "where time stands still'' portrays some significance).

Re: Where to live

Guess you've explored all the possibilites of moving in with the in-laws. If they're on the plateau I know they've got some sort of a spread and the big easing in dual-occ regulations these days might make it attractive and you're not stepping on each other's toes. 'Course there's a lot of ifs here,...

Re: in defense sharks

Yeah agree completely, heard their visions absolutely shocking. Most species of sharks have excellent eyesight -- including all the big ones. There's some evidence (as a result of tank tests etc) that sharks are attracted to warm colours, especially yellow. I think there's sharks and sharks ... som...

Fiz, My steamer's gonna stay on all summer (Billabong Foil/best I've ever owned). Mostly bodysurf now and am prepared to cop the grins from the sluggo parade even on those 35 degree days. Blueys, melanomas, shoulder bounces off sandbars and not having a dick long enough to show off all have somethin...

Did see a mate however who was wearing some plastic-looking plugs which he claimed were tops for keeping out the Pacific. They were especially molded for left and right ear. Anyone know of these ...
