The FW calc is silly, but I don't think the volume factor is to be ignored either. Since the inception of volume as a metric, for mine, I've found that for a shortboard that anything less than 32 litres will bog too much unless it's barrelling. And anything greater than 38 litres will have too much ...

Why wouldn't you drive 10 mins south more often ? Just Surfing Bondi full time. Its all bit Nick Cave isn't it ?

also - the only reason i'm considering tuflite is i want a near indestructible board for small waves. which it should be ok for. in bigger surf, i hate the stiff corky feel of tuflite.
