The Richmond River is poisoned with rank freshwater, drums of fertiliser, spilt diesel, sewerage, mud and town runoff … the waves are breaking in rancid water, the beaches littered with timber and dead fish, a couple of jewfish the size of an overweight man, slowly deflating, their distended stomac...

I watched that Raw Days vid of big Kandui on youtube the other day, it's way too long at 40 minutes, but the first half is pretty good, intense , ballsy surfing.
and i like the way the incidental music wafts in and out.
