Re: Just general surfing stuff
Had a a go on a V3 that was a bit too short for me up at Crescent a few months back. Dimensions were a bit small for me but it handled a couple of late drops and had speed to burn.

Re: Bong in big trouble
I occasionally go past that Billabong shop on the Manly corso and think about the enormous rent bill they pay...That's a lot of boardies and bikinis just to pay the overheads.

Curren was the king. I had the poster of him torquing through a cutback at Backdoor on my bedroom wall growing up.
Every half turndown I ever did at Trigg beach I saw myself as Curren slicing a cuttie.

Re: What boards DID you take to Indo?
Im kinda feeling sorry for cranked. Don't worry cranked, many years ago on here I once copped lots of derision for having a midlength (mini mal) in my quiver. Though now every Tom dick and Harry has one. I suspect however, there will be no resurgence in tuflight anytime soon. :( Bullshit. You coppe...

Realsurf rules state that any surf off must take place at Bungan.foamy wrote:A surf off. YES!
Needs to be scientific though to test the skittishness debate.
Here's the comp. Overhead Indo. The winning surfer will be the one who can ride the longest while balancing an egg in a spoon.

Saw this and couldn't resist. http://i151.photobucket.com/albums/s125/DavidTravis/Bali%202016%20July/delta.jpg A Martin Littlewood (Delta Designs, Margaret River) epoxy sandwich, 6'6 x 20.25 x 15.5 x 12.5 x 42l(?), deep single concave, step deck. Re: JD for sale
To be honest, I just don't get much surfing time at the moment. Wife is working most weekends and have a few boards.... Almost feel like it's too good for me when I am getting out. I'm 6'1" and weighing 85 kgs. Surf it around DY/Longie, don't always get the choice of optimal conditions given family ...

Re: JD for sale
Looking to offload my beloved JD. Combination of injuries, lack of fitness and lack of time (which contributes to the first two) means this is a bit wasted on me. It's dims are 6'4", 20 1/2" and 2 5/8". Has the full JD tech going on and due to this doesn't even have a pressure dent after 12 months....
