It would slow down most people, but i was thinking some pro surfer wouldve taken advantage of it.

Went to pipe today (half expecting to surf it ) was big messy and onshore. Still no one was out, i reckon it looked surfable for sure. If that was a sydney break with all the pro's in town someone would be out there. They are spoilt over here.

Just got back now watching online. As good as the buzz around there is and watching the waves from the rocks is good, i must say online for viewing alone dominates it. Was insane though. Traffic was bullshit.

Maybe some live action stuff? Sit out the back and get some interviews between sets?

I reackon there wont be much of a crowd tomorrow morning hopefully everyone goes and watches it. The plan is to go for a surf, come back home eat something nd if its on drive up. What i saw this morning, 15-20ft. Although that was about 5 mins of watching as driving past, traffic was bullshit there was no where to pull over and water was washing over a few of the roads. The hot chick on TV thinks eddie will run tomorrow.

They are calling it 30-40ft with 50ft sets. 30-50ft, how is that good forecasting?

Dont own a camera atm. Flooded my Olympus point nd shoot and i didnt buy a new camera because i figured i would've bought one by now. Considered getting one over here but they are pretty much same price as Aus (in the stores).

Did you surf on the west-side? Nah east, was easier option from the north shore. West probably would've been better. To be honest i dont really know. Where did you surf exactly? Was it crowded? How big was it? Reef? Some 4ft beach around ka'awa (or something along those lines). No idea on the name ...
