er yeah shot was taken by kentaro, bloke from one of local surf stores who goes around checking the surf for his store's wave check page every morning.

here's a shot from my local beachie yesterday morning. to give you an idea of wave size, the bloke's just over an inch tall. i was getting to duckdive out of the frame to the right when this was taken, and i cracked up when he landed on his arse. he's actually a decent surfer, but he blew this one, ...
