Re: Chronic disc lower back issues

I've posted this before but it's worth putting it up again. Make some space in front of your computer so you can still see the screen, turn up the sound and join in, goes for 12 minutes. Do it every day if possible, even after pain goes away. As Eric says at the start it'll fix your back up. https:/...

"tickle it" I quite like that expression. I think we've found Brian Westlake, who famously tickled Tiger's testicles.... haven't we THE BRIAN!!

It's a chemical reaction process, no way to accelerate it, and slower is stronger anyway

Nice Kayu. This not very old single was stolen from Penong in SA a few days ago. Very distinctive, not mine but if anyone notices it let me know. http://i227.photobucket.com/albums/dd5/chin1_6/stolen%20gravelle2%20-%201.jpg http://i227.photobucket.com/albums/dd5/chin1_6/stolen%20gravelle1%20-%201.jpg

Re: tumbleweed the extended australia trip

On our way to the sunny coast via New England highway and Tracy drops a clanger. She wants to move back to Mudgee, my worst nightmare has come true. :( Just roll with it Digger, it won't be forever. I had a mate who ended up in Alice Springs for a few years. His take on his situation was..."it's th...

Re: Just general surfing stuff

I just bought a board off gumtree, it's got that spongey grip stuck all over the deck as well as a tail pad. Hw do you get it off? Peel it, scrape it? angle grinder, friend. if it's really stubborn loosen it up with the old oxy first. you're welcome. Ahh You graduated from the legion school of "eve...

Re: Nth NSW sharks. Can they p!ss off already?

I met up with an old mate last week who was a pro fisherman most of his life in SA. He thinks there's been a gradual increase in pointer numbers in SA, based on his own sightings and those of other fisherman and also what he hears from other surfer's sightings, and none of this ever gets a mention o...

Re: Quiver thread

next stop might be to buy a kombi. haha. but seriously, it's nerve-racking driving on busy roads with the tail hanging about a metre out the back of the hilux tub. I bought some cheap foam tubing (like a pool noodle) from bunnings, slice it down the side and put it over the top of headboard on the ...

Cranked has emailed me to say that he left his tablet home and can't get on RS but wanted everyone to know he's had good surf in Bali, bought a 7' 5" JC Equaliser because he hasn't got enough boards, and still loves us all.

Re: Quiver thread

I started on a Wallace mal when I was knee high, and a borrowed mal was what I used to get me back into it after a few years out of the water. I like them on the right day, and would probably get one for the quiver but I hate the way they don't spin around quickly when you are sitting up and want to...

just a spot of fishing. looks like some good mulloway fishing down there. Oh just saw this, so not to live? Fishing is OK but probably not as good as where you are. Salmon, squid and crabs would be 90% of the catch unless you have a boat. Further up past Penong is where they catch big Jew on lures ...

MM should be a mine of information, he's probably thereabouts now but keeping it quiet I've spent a lot of time there, and still have mates living there but I probably can't help you much Steve. It's a great little town, definitely the pick of the west coast, but work opportunities will be thin on ...

Mark's range seems to have a few overlaps. Any chance you could meet him for a chat? Ask the guys in the Slimes shop.
