Re: swellnet vs coastalwatch vs realsurf
Interesting thread, heres my 2 cents on it. These days if you are talking about swellnet vs coastalwatch you need to involve the magazines due to the partnerships. I'll come back to realsurf later. ........................................................................................................

Re: Rip Curl Hot Skin
I have a Radiator which they comped. me many moons ago (about 100 or so of em') and when living in San Francisco I'd wear it underneath my 4/3 sealed and it would make it SO much warmer-same here under the 3/2 at colder spots-highly recommend it as a way of increasing the warmth of a wettie. Doesn't...

Recommended ding repairer for EPS/epoxy/FCS on N Beaches?
Looking for recommendations on the best repairer for an EPS/epoxy/FCS repair on the Northern Beaches-know plenty of repairers for poly. boards, but this is a first for an EPS and FCS-brand new board dusted by my daughter, so want to get the best repairer onto it.
Thanks

Surfboard - study cradle to grave impact
Lifecycle impact analysis of a surfboard conducted by a UC Berkeley grad student. Apparently the first one of its kind. A quick summary is that a 6'0 shortboard that weighs 5 lbs emits about 500 lbs of CO2 over its full product lifecycle. Also, I was quite surprised to read that the repair of a surf...

Re: Thoughts with Don today.....
Sadly, today is the anniversary of Jack's (Don's son) passing-no doubt a day of reflection and heavy hearts, mixed with joy for such a son, in the Norris home.
