Nice shots butts! They're getting stacks better by the week mate!
Haha! I even look like a caveman about to jump on some food in pic 12. I will never question why I was given that nickname.

All I have to say is: stop blaming and start living. When will they realise that all they have to do is try to accept and appreciate themselves and other people, and then maybe they might get along with a lot more people and actually be respected by a lot more people than their naive "bra boy" grou...

This is just disgraceful. Its such a terrible mentality: - I've had a tough upbringing and I have to treat others like shit to show how tough I am and to demand "respect". - I can be as much of a bastard as I want because "the boys" are behind me. - Its me against the world, with the boys behind me....

Take up spearfishing. It has skill, adventure, is a water sport, and the best spearing conditions are when the surf is small or flat. You've never tasted how good fish can taste until you've caught one fresh and killed it very quickly without letting it thrash around and suffer. Then, seeing as all ...

I just bought the o'niel heatseaker. Wow what a suit. Well glued seams, a water tight zipper, 2/3, stretch where you need it. I'm an o'niel fan now. I've had a quicksilver suit before and it was terrible in terms of durability. The glue on the seams went twice, and the stitching went after 1.5-2yrs....

From what I've heard and from my own experiences, the problem of the fins falling out was easily corrected. The new plugs don't do the same thing. I owned a Geoff Horner board with speedfins about a year ago until it snapped and I thought they were fantastic fins. The extra drive that I would get co...

There has been a little more shark activity lately, thats true. I've heard lots of stories of spearfishers recently getting their fish taken off their rigline by sharks, plus people getting buzzed by bronze whalers around sydney. The truth of the matter is that spearfishers are the people that are i...

A couple of guys I surfed with for a couple of weeks who were seasoned Hawaii and Indo surfers said ---> "Oh yeah, one thing. Don't ever let go of your board." I've listened to them since and it works. My duckdive has become stacks better and when I'm getting completely thrashed I know my boards goi...

Re: Exercise besides surfing?
B) You can generally say that for reducing your risk of chronic disease (heart disease, type 2 diabetes, stroke, hormone dependant cancers) the best protection comes from having good cardiovascular fitness. Where did you get this information from Captain? I'm not sufficiently credentialled to say t...
