What about sleep guy and Mr Injury in the one night. Mr paranoid is always lurking in the background when that happens. Suffered a bad concussion on the back of my head (base/top of my neck) on the weekend. Injury guy was telling me to fall asleep pronto, sleep guy was more than happy to oblige. But...
