This 5:2 business ...... Is it preferable to:
- group the 2 "starvation days" together ,
-split them into a routine eg. Monday and Thursday or Tuesday an Thursday , or
- randomly throw the starvation days around ( averaging 5:2 over a month ) to keep the body guessing ?

Nice surfing on the vids Roy . Your trademark wetsuit and champion goatee seem at odds , but the board and surf style work really well and it was cool to watch !

I got stoned while surfing Narrabeen last week . Not as nice as some jet-Black-with-diamond-like-sparkle bits I found a year ago at Fishermans Beach , but it's nice to have a little collection of pumice going , and to build on .
