Technically, there are probably more points to improve on when doing laps; less on a clubbie. I think it has something to do with amount of arm and body in water/stroke... Would you agree Nick?

put some smaller, plastic fins in the front. Muuuuuuch better. I'd even say yaw right Pinhead.
