Pissing on the fire: The reason your board is white is because they sprayed it white before they glass it, which is great for all the nancies out there who want their board to look like a virgin. For those who like a strong board it ain't cause the paint fills all the little holes that the resin wou...

I'm 6 foot and weigh 75kgs I would suggest something a little bit bigger than a 6'6" for your height maybe a 6'8" and cause your a llight fella (lucky bast@rd) I'd be looking at making the board a bit thinner ~18'1/4" This also depends on what your thinking of riding, bombies I'd definately go long...

Thought I'd tell you a story about the wave in the photo: In about 2000 I was watching from the headland with a huge clean swell, and there was about 5 guys in the water (2 lids and 3 guns) trying to shoulder hop onto some of the bigger lefts. Anyway I watched for 1/2 hour and didn't see anyone get ...

Agreed the naked eye does tell a better story, and I know that, that particular wave tends to start off looking like that and then fattens out quickly so it wouldnt be as heavy as the pholos says. That said I'd still be happy with my balls if I was the guy, it definately a solid wave. And since you ...

ZZZ'z Not yet mate unfortunatly. I ve been hanging to surf it tho, like everyone i guess. I had M.R. bar pretty good a few years ago, but not P.R. Im told it was good back in december for a day after some rain finally flushed out the sand, and a good swell arrived soon after. I've surfed it like th...

Maybe this is a silly question but was it a different type of material, else I can only think it was due to the plan shape, rocker, rail and bottom of the board and the wave as well, so everything including the fin, jeeze I'm being a bit general. Anyway, I would think that the tail and rail are prob...

It's got a lot a lot to do with the shape of the board, especially the tail and of course the size & shape of the fins. Twin fins tend to be swallow tails and have the fins set back from where you would place them on a thruster and as Wanto said there bigger especially at the base. A single fin is n...
