Coming into winter, I think doing a strength workout pre-surf works really well. I do rep range of 8-12 with 60 second breaks or sometimes super set of 3 exercises back to back then 120sec break Get's your body moving in all the directions it will need, muscles warm and loaded and then you surf real...
