I've been surfing the gentleman's hours for a year or so. Much less aggression, noticeably. Well, aggression isn't the right word but if you surf with the school groms you need to be more focused.

Exactly. And unlike that suburb in NSW I doubt they'll even get airplay when it gets washed away. But hey, maybe it's economically viable in the short enough term that it doesn't matter. He could pay it off in a season and as a bonus he's locked up his own private break

I used to know a guy who was a rock off king. He would do run arounds and beat anyone paddling and jump off into the gnarliest situations. Big 100kg+ water polo player and general mean fuschialover.
