Re: Where did you surf today ?

Easy 10ft sets at some beaches at lunchtime. Pretty out of control. Some outer reefs looked interesting. Some I hadn’t ever seen before. Yep. Manly had a massive peak breaking way out in front of the pub. Broke way further out than I've ever seen it break before, from the beach it nearly looked to ...

Yep, forecast seems fairly close to how cyclone Wati tracked. That was exceptional for this part of the world so hoping for similar again.

Re: Just general surfing stuff

Nielsen Park about the biggest I've seen it this arvo. Nearly head high in the sets. Should have chucked the foamy in for a novelty surf. Packed and some people even surfing inside the nets. Yeah, nothing about Neilsen Park excites me at all https://www.facebook.com/654768775/posts/2772248559506995...

Re: Midlengths

Grabbed my Vouch. A lot more refined than I’d expected must be 40 litres I reckon. For a 6’8 that’s reasonably low on the vol. Took it out in 1-2 foot. Not the best christening but couldnt resist. Felt like a board much shorter. Tail is sensitive and it’s loose at the back. Can tell it will be good...

Are there more waves per surfer on the Central Coast?
This. Less crowded = more waves per surfer = repetitions to improve.

Re: Where did you surf today ?

The fact that you’ve had to wait for about 8 months to do that kind of proves my point though eh. Pretty nice waves mind. Where did you surf champ? Any pics? So I'm in an email conversation with some mates about a trip we are planning. Separate to the trip, one of the guys has a lot of family in th...

Isn't that the strategy of every developer?

Start with a grandiose project and allow yourself to be talked back down to the design that you actually wanted.

Re: Where did you surf today ?
