Re: JBay.
Just quietly, I think Flores has torn the manky bandaid of what we've all known for a while and that is the increasing ire raised by the antcis of D'souza and Medina in the pursuit of the crown. If rmb wants "knuckle" then I don't think it's far away. Especially if Medina keeps getting "pushed" for ...

Re: JBay.
but you don't see this smiling crap after big losses in other sports 'spose you've never watched AFL. Happens all the time You are right there, if you get a chance to listen to the likes of Wayne Carey speak on this subject they wouldn't have it in their former teams. Totally disagree. Just because...

Re: JBay.
Does anyone else find the ASP website uninformative and pretty fcuking useless for information about the event such as when they call a lay day or expect to run etc? Or do you have to watch the videos to find out? Click on the link for the news on the ASP site and there is more info on some event i...

Re: Kill Joe Turpel
He even did the 'throw your arms in the air' thing to try to milk the interference after purposely trying to fcuk him. Bede ought to have belted him for trying that shit on. Can't fckn stand Medina. Wasn't satisfied with using priority to block the wave, had to try and weasel an interference and no...

Re: Boards that "die"
Bloody Hell! I wish I'd posted this before I took off to the Ment's a few weeks ago. Great info. I took an old favourite Epoxy Dahlberg that never lets me down but this time it felt very ordinary but as Fong alluded to, perhaps the "tools" and tradies analogy is in play. Mind you, I'm usually riding...

Boards that "die"
Why do boards lose their "zing"?
Notwithstanding waterlogging...or can this be done by stealth? I.e. without the usual yellowing.
Or when I have a series of ordinary surfs is it just me?

Re: QuikPro Forey
Watch Medina's 7.83 on the heat analyser. I defy anyone to tell me that was better than Parko's 7.
Would love to hear the judges explain that one

Re: QuikPro Forey
What did it look like for those on the beach was the result correct? That 6 of Parko's looked way under scored.. And although I reckon Joel surfed better in the semi I still thought he won the final.. Bloody oath. Park's getting barreled "behind the rock", negotiating backwash, etc. and Medina is s...

Re: QuikPro Forey
Parko robbed. His impossible barrel with endless carves gets a 6?? Medina does a few snaps and nearly bogs a floater and gets a high 7 ??! Scoring has been shit

Re: QuikPro Forey
(in response to brendo) To me, his dive after running over Flores looked like a soccer dive as well. I mean, he clearly hit him, it was clearly avoidable, I'm sure it was enough to make him fall off so it was executed perfectly, he was signalling to the judges to make sure they knew he was critical...

Flores just unloaded on Adriano in his post-heat interview! Hilarious! Rosie wasn't expecting that.

Charities in Padang
Heading to the Ments soon. Is it worth bringing anything for local charities there? Anyone know of any?

Well I am 65. Funny, I always pictured you as a sprightly late 40's. Then again, you do seem to know a lot about a wide range of topics so your 65 years have at least been well spent :) :D :D Haha boo. Hoist by your own petard. booradley, don't believe him. Re: Schoolies - Avoid Noosa or Byron?
Wrangled some long service to take the family away in about 3 weeks. Wife wants to go to either Byron or Noosa but I'm a bit skeptical about Byron during schoolies and figure Noosa might be a less feral option, in and out of the water. Thoughts? Noosa's fine during schoolies. Schoolies don't swim o...
