Re: Where did you surf today ?

Yeah. The whole deepwater Sydney bombie thing. It all seems very fickle. Not sure 5/10 for organisation at 12 foot would see me paddling out. Re: Where did you surf today ?

Whooo the swell just totally re-ignited down here this arvo, went from a burbly 6' to way bigger, a bit more east angle Got some legit 10-12' waves on a bombie reef riding a slim 8'6". Wooshh! Was it clean and orderly or a sketchy washing machine? I’ve been waiting for the opportunity to have a dig...

Re: Where did you surf today ?

Yeah figured that. It’s always chopped up to shit on these windy south swells. It’s fickle!

Almost breaking a left hander into Gordon's Bay from Clovelly Car Park. One lid rider out at the Bombie but it looked crap. Quite a few out at the Bra which was missing most of the swell but closing out 50% of the time or more.

Re: Where did you surf today ?

Only head high and a half? Thought it would have been much bigger down there. It was macking up here. Cronulla Pt is heavily shaded from south swells. It's solid as here today. Nothing but groundswell. Cleaner, but smaller than yesterday though. That southerly wind is hanging in! Fcuken impressive ...

Re: Where did you surf today ?

Cronulla point is sheltered. Look at google earth. Merries reefs looked to be eight to ten feet or bigger.

Re: Where did you surf today ?

Late shift cronulla point. Some screamers but lots of wind and scratching around to contend with. Head and half high and bigger. Tonnes of swell out on the merries reefs.

Re: Where did you surf today ?

Past couple of days Downtown Haldon St has been stinking hot. As evidenced by the almost complete absence of old blokes smoking Argileh in the cafes. But my joints a few streets away and on top of a hill with nearly 360 degree exposure to wind. So haven’t even really needed to use the air con yet.
