Re: The Tulla Tub

Ok had a better session today only a bit of smoke and no asthma. The facility itself has a contemporary surf retail vibe. It feels like you're on the beach with people getting ready to go out and coming in, boards lying everywhere and so on - but you're not, you're beside a concrete lined swimming ...

Everyone's first board should be a piece of shit.
Exactly. My first fibreglass board cost $10. Horrible thing. Second board was a Brothers Nielsen stingray twin fin. Wish I still had that.

I'm looking forward to your report pinhead. We want a review from the ordinary man, none of that paid-for-comment professional surf journo stuff
Exactly. They seem to be the only reviews out there. Lots of junkets I think.

Some interesting rumours doing the rounds about Rance’s retirement Buddy. Not so happy times at Tigerland.

Re: The Tulla Tub

Seen some interesting amateur footage. Looks really crowded in the takeoff area with a full crew out. Waves look a lot more warbly too than all the promo stuff.

I’ll never complain about my local again. How do you even ride a wave in that shitshow?

Re: Just general surfing stuff

I think that Gabs is very thankful and respectful for what Charlie did for his family when Gabs was growing up. My understanding is that Gabs’ natural father, while not a necessarily a bad man, was not good at the dad tasks, both financially and emotionally. Charlie came on the scene and was a devo...

Lil bro went with him to try it out and the lady in charge called him out for jumping the queue lol. A guy missed a wave and Tom jumped on it and the lady yelled out "Tom! Stay in line, don't take other waves!"
 reckon this might happen a bit.

Feels good under the arm Cranked. So that’s the main thing lol. But yeah, I like the width in the nose and the pulled in tail. Feels like a good paddler.

Lol not quite, but as close as I’ve ever been. A Chilli Rarest Bird in twin tech epoxy. https://images3.shaperbuddy.com/62/surfboards/7051222145d8b0_rotate_1400.png https://images3.shaperbuddy.com/62/surfboards/11976434245d84_rotate_1400.png It’s bloody light. Looks like you missed a bit of carnage Nick. Could be interesting for the average punter if it’s in beast mode.

Jaws. Holy fuschia hell. I know the water patrol are really good, but I can’t help but feel someone’s gonna die live on tv one day.
Got a link?
Two I followed came up as suspect sites.
WSL page is asking me to subscribe.

There’s a 15y.o out there. What were you doing at 15? I was probably surfing Torquay Point in a big swell which is probably the equivalent of Collaroy Point.
