Watch recommendations

Ok, so I knew my watch's band was in it's last legs, but it fell off yesterday without breaking, but a button was pushed in and I went for a surf...
It's always either the band or the battery that lets me down.
So, any recommendations for a cheap replacement?

Re: Who is Robert Conneeley?

Thanks for the balanced (many may say unbalanced) replies Gents (many may decry that, too).

Any more, without disparaging poor Robert himself too much?

Who is Robert Conneeley?

A board builder? Ship builder? Any knowledge in the brains trust?

I came across this board minus fin and am intrigued by the design and wonder what profile 'skeg' it might have been paired with...

Bugger. Photos too big. Will upload tomorrow...

Agreed Legion. Us lean, sexy, swimmer types are obviously in the vast minority.

Re: wetty neck

I love being told by the retailers and manufacturers that wetsuits don't shrink, as I'm shopping to replace another otherwise perfect custom suit that is stressed due to shrinkage.

Re: Does this mean I can surf in street clothes?

Yeah, I used to spray the latest wonder product on my board for it's slipperiness. Silicon spray. I swear it worked a treat! I might have to re-visit that.

Can you believe I gave him the idea back in 2000ish, with a fin I'd crudely done in PVC. He claimed on a comp webfeed a few years back that he doesn't remember me nor the fin. Bastard!
Still love his surfing though.
