but if you're trying to rescue trev during this approaching swell event, don't do the surfboard roll-on technique, just wave for the jet ski

Because it's gonna take the two rope method as espoused by NPL above
You'll have to rescue me from the headland with my camera. :-o

Fcuk all you young bastards.
I turn 71 in a couple of weeks.
If it's any consolation Trev, you seem way older than 71
Thanks mate.
Plenty of times I feel it, too.

Yeah, surftech did a few tuflite Carvers (6'6, 7'0, 7'6??) and I think that a couple of the quite well rated surftech softop models were Carvers under the hood but not labelled as such
You're not beanpole!

Re: Where did you surf today ?

3-4 ft clean as a whistle 2nd tier reef but it was better than the 1st tier spots today. Swell was a bit unusual for surf coast - consistent SW 12 sec swell, quite. Plenty of crew on it early but forecast was good all day - so went and had a coffee, read the news, tried on some wetties (didn't have...

Re: Where did you surf today ?

But Nick, do you really think it's inflammatory to call someone gay, even if they are not? Or as you say, it's the implication that if he were he be ridiculed or castigated (I said castigated). I’ll try again shall I I’ve seen this hinted at and rumoured a number of times over the past three or fou...

Mate had something cut out of his back last week.

Also benign.

And he's a red-headed Scot.

Re: Skin Cancer

Had a scrape biopsy done on this evil looking thing on my upper arm a week ago.

Results yesterday.

All good.

Benign lichenoid keratosis.

I've had plenty of BCCs and SCCs over the years but this thing looked scary.
Dodged a bullet, again.

I figure one day I won't.

Re: Ears

My wife often syringes her own ears, and quickly and painlessly get a couple of pea-sized lumps of wax out with no dramas. I've tried it a few times with little success - understandable given the ear canal's closed shut I've got a great hammer drill here. Just let me know what size hole you want an...

Re: Ears

^ I already have high frequency hearing loss and tinnitus. No way I'd be trying to flush my own ears out. But I'd understand done carefully itd probably be OK. Like boo I use a soft rubber syringe. I've been using them for over 50 years, its virtually impossible to do any damage. Fortunately, I don...

Now the boards are short fat trimming things that don't turn, have way to much foam under the front foot and have rails you couldnt step over.
I'm confused.
How can it be a mal if it's short?

Who the fcuk was responsible for the mal revival?

Probably Trev.
I'd be happy to take credit, but unfortunately it wasn't me.
