i've got rola racks and they look good and work well.
you shouldn't use occy straps to tie down things to roof racks. they are elastic, so when the air at >110km/h hits the large surface area of your board, bad stuff can happen.

actually at one stage (like the 5th attempt of sealing the hole) i did put a couple bits of a foam cup in the hole as fill, and i did notice that some of it turned into a white goop :oops: but the pack says "epoxy resin" and "contains acrylates"... it was pretty much all repaired, so didn't need any...

Tell me about that ding Macca, is it deep and you're just trying to fill it with resin? Have you mixed some qcel with the resin? nowhere. spend the entire day trying to fix my board (small ding) with no such luck though because it keeps blowing bubbles before it has time to cure, so it's not sealing for me. and in the process, i've stuffed up my knee. it now clicks and hurts like hell. so me, and my board are out of action. :...
