Firstly thanks for all responses . No I didn't have a heart attack I've been diagnosed with Bicuspid Aortic Valve disease. Hey did mentawais s this year and stayed at lances for two weeks which was great.
Looking for somewhere land based with quality waves close by and budget.something that is comfortable and clean and supply good food.Word of mouth is always the best .

Am shaping a blank atm and normally I ride a larger board that's about 6'6'. Because this board is going to be about 6' 1'. Just pulled my steamer out because those morning winds are a bit chilly but now Ive got a black mark on my neck after I take my wetty off.Because the rubber on the neck peice is breaking down its leaving black rubber on my neck.Is there anything you can do to stop this happening.

Done two trips to the physio and have been told that I got the best option of the injury which was caused by over extending the hip so some voltarin, rest and one more trip to the physio before I go and I should be right.THANK GOD!Able to walk heaps better and my movement and pain are heaps better
