Spoke to Vlug this morning and he confirmed photo is real. Vlugey said, 'they old guy took off and went right! I boosted straight over the top of him.' Vlugey confirmed he freaked out and didn't stick the punt.

Hey nice pics, photo 1 was a 2nd reef wave. Only a handfull of 2nd reef waves broke yesterday! Fun but a little inconsistent, it's a shame as soon as the onshore wind died off so did the swell......

FIREWIRE

All I can say is:

FIREWIRE

Proof: TAJ just one J'Bay (and Bells) riding a FIREWIRE. A competitive advantage?

Just got one myself and it is off the hook........

FIREWIRE

Thanks Pal,
I decided to lay it on the line, went down to Tom Carroll's Mona Vale store and purchased a 6'1 FIREWIRE. Way I see it I go through 5-6+ boards a year. If I can find a magic board that I can hang onto for a year or two I'm stocked. It feels so sturdy. Hanging to ride it........

FIREWIRE

I saw Joel Fitzgerald riding one of those new FIREWIRE surfboards on the weekend. He was claiming that the FIREWIRE board he was riding was awesome. Has anyone else ridden one? Since Taj one Bells on a FIREWIRE I am pretty keen to get on one.

KK you need to take your baggage somewhere else. You need to think about your comments and what you write. You are making a mock of a serious issue. Look what you have turned this thread into............you idot.

I had a poster of 'that snap' at Pipe over my bed from the age of 12 - 17YO. TC you are larger than life and an inspiration to all those you touch.

Best wishes

Biarms custom made Jap wetsuits........Mate you’re freakin' out. I reckon you would have better luck with a $2 dollar lottery ticket. I'll stick with my Cell any day. Walk on in, try it on, and get sorted with a deal..........

Tried on the O'Neill and RC. O'Neill felt like it would be more suited to a bigger burlier bloke. Ripcurl felt good but I think it would be more suited to a tall lean stick man guy. The Cell felt good for me. I am an average to solid build.

For what it's worth I have a Cell Six short arm and a new Cell glide skin. Both are epic, just like the deal they are offering.......
