Re: Surf casualities - creepy surf breaks

Ive been surfing box head for about 15 years & have seen nothing out there & never get a vibe out there, apart from pure frustration when half the northern beaches shows up with thier hassling & snaking. Saw three different solid sharks out Nusa Dua in 2 days in February. First one I saw about 20 me...

Im in Bali at the moment, have been for 5 weeks and sure, it is crowded, if you surf Ulu's or anywhere on the western bukit everyday. Have a look around and there's plenty of waves within 30-40 mins of Kuta, most I dont even know the name of. Ive rarely surfed with more than 10 guys and have been ge...

just thought he had an interesting place in the Australian pysche : an australian aboriginal muslim loudmouth triple world champion boxer who played state of origin. Seems like white people would rather disregard him or ignore him, rather than celebrate his achievements as Australia's greatest livi...

Re: apology not accepted ...

Musta been something in the sponge this morning. I had my own troubles with a boogie border this morning. Was surfing a beach beach with assorted peaks spread out over bout half a k. Waves galore, fair crowd out but everyone getting thier share, all good. Then in the space of about 20 mins bout 30 t...

Yep the Bukit is a circus but you can still get gold up there, especially if you don't class anything below 6-8ft & perfect a waste of time., like most of the hellmen on here do. Stay up there (mamo's warung - at the boomgate, are clean & cheap) & surf before half of kuta arrives. This year I was pa...

Im lucky enough to be have a job where twice a year im given a mountain of work & about 5 months to complete it, how much of that I complete each day depends entirely on what the waves are doing & how motivated I am. Waves firing?? no work today!! waves crapola? work today! Hungover?? no work today!...

champion bloke or proven tool, what he did was downright sick & wrong. If one of my lifelong mates done such a thing I'd banish the c*nt, i just couldnt look the bloke in the eye or hang with them ever again.

Bodyboarders for the fact that they do not surf on thier own. They rock up in packs & swarm you like flies. You rarely see a bodyboarder rock up for a surf alone, always with a car load of his beavis & butthead friends.

Jumped outta the lip on a 3ft wave, landed on my board left nut first.
Took my wetty off at home & my sack looked like an off avocado.
Got the all clear after an ultrasound that I was still OK to re-produce.

the question that has to be asked is that why would anyone take 4kg's of high grade hydro to Bali?? Who you gonna sell it to?? Balo's? nup. Tourists? hmmmm, maybe, but why would you pay 20 bucks a gram when you could get 10 times that ammount for 30,000 rupes or less? Doesnt make sense.
