Thanks butts, i'd love to fork out for a good rig but for now the $600 olympus will have to do. yeah 16 was shot at 10mp single frame, the rest are 4mp 10 frame sequences.
I suck too bad to shoot one frame per wave. Missed heaps trying.

My first real crack at water photography, it's harder than it looks to be in position without screwing up everyones waves. and it sucks freezin ur nads off while everyone is getting pitted LOL. dude, its right on rock, smack bang on the inside of nobbys reef. At low tide you could purty much wade out to it. i honestly can't see them getting it out in one piece.

I won, and more importantly kept my good looks.

I fought a Bra Boy in a MMA fight up here in Newy and they made up a large part of the crowd. After the fight we had a beer and they were cool as hell. A lot of those guys train real hard, Thats Richie Vaculik fighting in the cage at Warriors Realm (QLD) near the end of the clip. I think he won by KO.

haha damn thats a crazy video, At least it Stayed one on one unlike a lot of street fights these days. And LOL at the kickboxer guy at the start saying these guys don't know hoe to fight. The hawaiin guy on land executes a double leg takedown, to side countrol, gets the full mount and pounds the guy...

Heading south 15 minutes to Delicate nobby is often your best bet with some open beachbreaks that can at times have good banks. I've also surfed racecourse good a few times over the years.
