DY point at first light
left over swell not quite affected by the southerly , 2 or 3 wave sets so not enough to go around by 6.30am

Agree about forgetting a lot of the techniques, and the dump breathe
However I did get pretty comprehensive notes with exercises that I can (read havent yet) do at home, on dry land and in the water

Stayed just across the “river” outside the walls a of the old town
Spent most our time inside the walls. I just lost interest after 3 days
