Remember how good fluidzone used to be a few years back?
Probably the best bodyboarding site to grace the internet back in its heyday.

I'ves never tried methamphetamine, but it increases your heart rate so I would've thought it might ruin your lung capacity..
Tried surfing drunk on new years day, timing and coordination were a mess, wave judgment was terrible, but it definately cut out any hesitiation in going waves..

Umm, perhaps get fins that fit your feet. From my experiance, different fins work for different people.. Except for vipers, they're just shite.

How can you stand sitting around shooting off photos when there are waves around of that quality to be ridden... I guess it makes it easier when the air temperature is in single digits?

There were a few good ones out there in the hour before dusk, with a big crowd to match. Just on dusk, the last bloke to go in got a cracker that barreled all the way through, before spitting him out at the shoulder. One of the better waves I've seen ridden this year.. Lucky bastard

Did anyone else notice the woofy water quality.. It was brown and very foamy, and as the day went on, it seemed to get worse :? .. If your planning a surf tommorow, perhaps wear ear plugs.

Was reading the paper the other day and noticed an add for surfing in papua new Guinea.

I've been thinking of going on a trip to somewhere in that part of the world (around indo) for a while, just need the money.

Has anyone been? Score any waves? Worth the effort?

The guy that was "snaking" was rissole. He's surfed well out at the island for a long time and deserves abit of respect. Decent set of photos for a first try though, looks like it was fun out there.

point is always crowded if it's half decent, dont expect any waves unless its over six feet (you'll probably still get dropped in on a few times), or you start standing up. Don't bother with it.

I thought the footage was really good. Kingy's good at doing interviews, in my humble opinion, and it was sick to see some good bodyboarding action on a popular show like ACA.

I'd love to see some longer articles, and the revival of the rippy barometer. The pics are still top quality

There are heaps of unknown people that rip, too many to name, but off the top of my head, doug, john, Jay, ballard, wazza, Rissole. GT will charge into super heavy barrels and hit anything thrown out to him, and I think you've got to respect that.
