Re: post your modern day sickness

Stacks under the chest for sure. Am a little worried the rail might not be low enough too, but we'll see. Good big boy shorty all rounder. Think it's about 36 litres. I'm 97 kegs so the extra in the rail might be a good thing. Almost grabbed a Killer so keen to hear. Thought the same. High, fat rai...

Legion, did you used to use the 96FM surf line?

Rule of thumb, if there was no report by 6.30am it was usually good.

Re: post your modern day sickness

Thinking of pulling the trigger on one of these. Probably a 6.0. 33 odd litres. Any thoughts from the RS board mafia? https://s3.amazonaws.com/images.shaperbuddy.com/62/surfboards/896040686595cb_rotate_1400.png The blurb. The Black Vulture has a fuller nose, added foam under the chest and a wider o...

Just saw Wade's heat on replay. Always thought he looked slow at other events, absolutely flying at JBay. Wave suits him perfectly.

Re: Scapula

Yep. Doc has said another 3-4 weeks in the sling then another round of MRI & CT to check if it's all good to go.

If so, then onto the rehab to build my shoulders, biceps, pecs etc back from the mush they are becoming from non-use.

Re: Pinched nerves?

What’s your neck angle when you’re reading? Common problem is the way phones now cause everyone to look down which creates neck tightness. If your neck is at a similar angle when reading in can cause the same issue.

Scapula

Finally got MRI & CT results back after my accident, and the winner is a fractured scapula.

Seeing a specialist next week to ascertain if surgery is needed or I can get away without it.

Anyone had a similar injury?
