Yes, Layne '7 times' Beachley can be mildly irritating at times to the casual observer, but this 15 minute ABC Radio National interview with her today in very good. Layne is impressive and very articulate. Congratulations to her on her Order of Australia.

Saw LB on telly this morning thought the same she spoke reasonably well.

Yes, a thoroughly deserved reward for someone who has given back to society after retiring from professional sport.She carries herself well.
