Nowadays I hear sooooo many clowns telling me they where ripping when I know they can't do a full tilt cutty or a proper infinity. I know they cant do anything but hurt my eyes when I see them surf.

Are most people being led astray by the constant deluded compliments of their mates or do people have their heads sooo far up their bottoms they can't see the light ?

Should this narcassistic behavior be encouraged or should it be put down like an old dog with foam coming out of its mouth ?

Make them watch a video of themselves surfing. That should be enough to send any deluded mongtard down the rabbit hole of shame. If not, they either rip or are so beyond having any self awareness that they face real problems in life.

Of course at least one of us see ripping as a bad thing, just as scoring more than one point and less than one point per wave is a bad thing in competition... at least for the off beat purists...... a bit like golf really... no divots and the minimum number of strokes but one has to get to the end of the fairway and down the hole.
