Re: Where did you surf today ?
Pittwater to Newport Beach on the 12’
Light NW wind early refracting a bit N of NW as the morning proceeded. It’s almost a straight downwind shot from Barrenjoey to Bangalley in those conditions, then the wind is sorta sucked around the cliffs and sends small bumps all the way into Newport. So it sucks paddling up to Barrenjoey, then you turn that corner and everything changes in a blink.
Incredible light, super clear, sun low behind you like Molokai is, sharpening the contrast in the water surface. I must have caught 150 waves, tiny little things but the energy in even a slightly roughened ocean surface is unbelievable, the bumps will lift you and a big board like that one and just throw you along.

Well fcukin' good for you. I just caught a perfect train from Marrickville to St Peters. A slight cross-shore wind had zero effect on the rails and the sun could go fcuk itself. We walked up King St with a gusty tailwind generated by the steady flow of traffic. Absolutely perfect timing as the green man started to flash and so we waited for a lull in the red man's routine and took the drop across Alice St. Got absolutely ragdolled at the Dendy by a set wave that was well over Aladdin feet. The paddle in was super fcukin' hard with some 9-year old kook hassling me about playing his PS4. When I called him out, the shit show began.
Now, what was it that you were saying in the politician are cnuts thread about entitled kids? Oh well, it's always offshore in a cup of tea.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

Now now gstq let’s not get into one of these suddenly so popular Realsurf supertard tit for tat things
And aj. Consider this: my lil brother just got a free week on Tavarua courtesy of the Ziffs. They book it out for two weeks each year just like all the rich people do, and invite friends etc. A couple of the friends couldn’t come along, so somehow Tom got towed into it through a third party. He is now sending me daily photo updates of his sessions at perfect four times overhead Cloudbreak, well five times in his case, plus pics of Restaurants as they drive by.
There’s always some cnut doing better than you in this “world”.

Re: Where did you surf today ?
Just had a gnarly little encounter with a chunky juvenile white.
High speed approach, circle, then a fins flared rollover right under me. We very much eyeballed each other.
Crystal clear water, sunshine.
Me and one other guy out enjoying some rock runner babyfood.

Re: Where did you surf today ?
My reaction was ....not fear....but , whoa!
Whoa, look at this fcuking little white having a go!
Mix of surprise and indignation.
And then, thank god, I'm surfing rock runners and the Point and dry rock is literally 15m away.

Re: Where did you surf today ?
I mean that is my argument against the rich: just the sheer wastefulness and lack of utility.
That house has sat idle there for the last 2 years. No one ever there except the guys doing maintenance on it.\
Having that much money and still being able to waste it like that......

Re: Where did you surf today ?
That is definitely the most obvious argument against the rich.
Re: Where did you surf today ?
Interesting the council ever approved that.

Re: Where did you surf today ?
there was a strong argument mounted when Michael Lynagh sold it for it to be resumed and made part of the coastal reserve.
now some Cnut - I'm betting on a banker from Holland- will buy it and probably sell it in a year or two to maximise capital gain.
