I have to point out a few years ago I mentioned front foot and back foot orientation and got taken to task by some "experts" on here.

If one is in Wyong for a couple of days, where would one surf? My knowledge of the Central Coast is thin.

Try Soldiers and Pelicans at Norah Head.

It might be solid. Not sure how good and fit you are and most of the locals are pretty good surfers.

You can paddle out at Box Head right in front of Woy Woy if you aren't scared of sharks. Longest left on the East Coast when it's breaking. Tell them Beanie sent you :-D-:

Copacabana, McMasters and Avoca are much closer than Pelican. As is Terrigal. Entrance has tons of waves if you know where to look. Don't think you will be doing much surfing this weekend unless you are in the Nick/ Haychie League of fitness.

Avocas not working today.

I've heard North Entrace can be ok as well.

Side note Wyong to Norah Head is 25 mins. To Avoca 35 mins.

Although not as the crow flies. Yep, nowhere between Woy Woy and Norah Head gets any waves

Yep. It looks sweet. But I’m in Sydney. And would want to feel it up first. Thanks anyway.

A good article this week by Nick Carroll on Coastalwatch about Indo surf trips and the lack of medical services.

"Jamie Gray says he thinks the influx of new customers will eventually force improvements in safety net protection across the board: “With less skilled clients, even the small resorts are going to have to step it up,” he says. “Those changes might actually happen pretty fast.”

Bullshit. Marketing spin to stop this market worrying. What a CNT.

Can't believe these surf tour company's exist. They do little.
