For any surftec tuflite lovers (vomit) natural necessity are having a huge sale on now getting rid of a shit tonne of those filthy old clinkers dirt cheap.

https://www.naturalnecessity.com.au/pag ... oards-sale

Remember going in there a few years ago and being horrified by the sheer amount of those things they had in stock.

Got into a discussion (semi debate) with some young surfy staff trying to push a sale of a TL board onto me. At the time I’d already had the opportunity to try a TL out (borrowed a mates old afterburner) and I gave some honest feedback about the negative aspects of the technology (too stiff, reactive,’and jittery etc) but he wasn’t having a bar of it, wrinkled brow, flicking his g@y looking long blonde hair side to side and trying to out vibe me or some shit. Jesus Christ.

Their sale on now is testament to how much TL sucks balls.
Stopped in last year on the way to Bendy. Fking plastics factory with the boards hanging upside down like a production line. I don't think they had a resin based board.

I'm actually keen to try an Wayne Lynch TL (orange one) so I'm not a hater but no level of great customer service can help that impressive shop

They're all resin based. They do have standard pu/Pe boards

How much does one cost, custom with S-cloth?
from memory i got my last two 710 (no fins) ... i don't think they charged me for the s-cloth either time. the first one cost me 8-hunge, but i'm not sure if i got fins or why it was dearer. it was a few years ago now.
Thought you would get a better price than that for boards, being in the trade and all.

BTW ridden a Jye Byrnes mid length, albeit in small stuff. I wasn't jazzed to be frank. Might be a bit too much foam and weight for the low rail. Once you set the rail it really is a pig to adjust unlike lighter short boards. Probs need to get the foot right back and stop being so fking busy on it.

Seen as though they retail at $875. $710 with Scloth seems pretty good to me.

There’s competitive, and there’s cuntish. The way he turned into him was cuntish.

To tell the truth eggs are one thing I avoid buying when I’m grocery shopping. So you may say I’m an intermittent egg buyer who usually lets someone else buy them.

Just watched that. What a clueless cockhead. Watched a clip of him dropping in on Jordy Smith at Cloudbreak, looks like Smith kicks out hoping the board would hit him.

I'm out of touch with reality buddy, haven't looked at a price in a board shop for quite some years. Just been going to the same bloke for yonks and don't quibble on the price, looking through some of the threads I get a bloody good deal. I should research boards more though considering my obsession with surfing. Your right 20% off is probably close to cost for a retailer.

It's a professional sport. They play to win
Kelly would have done the same at pipe in a heartbeat
Kelly did do it, to Porko at Kirra. The point of difference being that Kelly surfed that wave, whereas Medina went straight (read left) and tried to run into Slater, attempting to create an interference call. Thats pretty full on.

I reckon the rules should stipulate that a surfer without priority should be given an equal opportunity to surf a wave, when the surfer with priority is so far down the line that taking off on the wave acts only as a spoiling technique rather than an attempt to further their heat score.
The moving finger writes and having writ moves on ... now all thy piety nor wit shall lure it back to cancel even half a line ... nor all thy tears wash out a single word of it.

Professional or not there are things you don't do. "Gamesmanship" in all sports is frowned upon but a cnut is a cnut act.

Yes I'd understand if he dropped in and rode the wave. Cock.
