The twin keel fish craze of 10 plus years ago was a laughable sight to behold. Flocks of dweebs trying to surf uneven beach breaks on them

Machado makes them look good, problem is: I can't think of a less representative surfer than Rob Machado, he's about 45kilos dripping wet and a tiny little bloke.

be funny if fish became cool again though.
Totally right on both accounts and not really a good fit for everyday surfers in everyday surf here, also a 50/50 call every time you're on your backhand, might be great, might be crap

But when you do get some decent down the line waves just so much fun, and I reckon worth having one if you can. Great times on the jd keel fish.

If u get a 7ft go fish beery, it d be a long fish & probably ok for this thread.....otherwise get a 4'11 & a single fin midlength oozing "ouvre"

Cranked, I am sure that board would be amazing in Indo, GC beachies maybe not so......look forward to a ride report!

Hatchy, it's not about the keels, it's all about the beard, skinny jeans & the hand jives

I borrowed a keel fish back in the day to see what all the fuss was about. No thanks in Sydney beachies.

Did you have a man bun though Davros? This was probably the issue not the keels

The one I'm doing up is 6'6"......tuflite :-D-:
Quad. I reckon it will go better all round than the Fishcuit I used to ride.
Curiously, the Burton Fat Bullet is described as an elongated fish which I doubted for a fair while...but can now see where he is coming from with the idea. McTavish Carver Fish is a versatile shape.

The new ken doll (seriously, barbie's friend - new edition). No surfboard accessory as yet. Maybe some of you should buy one and sit it on your go-pro mount?
