So she's going to do Molokai?
Yep, stock board too! Animal.
Milsons to Palmy = 40k.
One of my ski squad, Jaime Roberts, just got a silver in the world K2 200 sprint titles, sick! I bet her heart rate pushed a bit over 150.

This morning did
10xswings + 10 goblet squats + 10 steps and then then repeated but dropped a squat rep (9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 ) til done with 16kg. 10 swings each time though. Took about 12 mins and was gassed not long into it. Hoping to boost conditioning. I'm used to heavy squats and deads but this was tough. Work this week stops me from getting to boxing so will do this to keep the conditioning up. I'll try to build up to a heavier kb.

Got on the sumo deadlifts.....jeez deadlifts feel awesome after you've pumped a few out.
I think I might deadlift Nick Carroll if I see him at the Quik Pro

No point. The soul is weightless, surely.

went to Mentawai at 73.6kg, came back at 74.8.
I thought beer weight but my wife said I looked pretty ripped so it might have been muscle mass.
started a regime of 50 kettlebell swings a day.....nothing else. 32kg.
it's a fair bit of time under tension.
takes a minute.
and surfing/fishing.
