El rancho, the surfing may be a bit on the crud side but I guess being that the boards and surfing are back in the mid 70s, we'll have to give a bit of credit to them hey. We can't all be as good as the legend Mr Lennox Shearer can we?

I think that's McTavish on the red board.
Funny how everyone think they would have been ripping the bag out of it in those days. A bit like using a computer really. Piss easy once someone else has worked out how to do it for you.

Didn't surf today. Decided to take the racing board for a paddle up to Newport instead given the perfect conditions. Came across a shark feeding frenzy just off Mona Vale. Pretty spectacular to watch. Fish busting up going nuts as the men in grey suits just rounded em up and smashed through them. Felt pretty safe watching from the sidelines on the big board. I thought I was David fkknc Attenborough. Guys surfing further in had no idea.

 we were out half way between MV and Warriewood around 6.30. Had a stack of fish around us and could see birds going crazy just outside the break. Sharks did come up in conversation a coupla times.

Bondi. V Crowded.
Got acouple eventually.
Best was the last wave which is always nice as long as it doesn't make you go out for another one which inevitably never eventuates.

Nice conditions.

Yeh BA that was exactly where I'm talking about, just before 7:30 right where those fish were going nuts off the back of kooks terrace. The Noah's were going nuts too. There were a few guys watching from the cliff top so I would think they could see em.

A few hardy souls out at the Southie at Coogee. Didn't see anyone catch anything and the wind would blow your nipples off before you could get into your wetsuit. Probably freeze your nuts off too if you weren't quick changing.

Bondi. First surf in a while. Small, cool, clear, surprisingly crowded. Managed a little head dippie cover up before the juggernaut of back alley wave tussling became too much. Nice day. Caught about three waves.

You aren’t the room Yuke You are just a wonky cafe table with a missing rubber pad on the end of one leg.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

This weekend was looking promising in terms of size. The wind doesn't seem to want to help out though...

Sat on my arse with a hangover because the surf looked too small. Now it's picked and blown out :-?
